Top30 Roll cutting machine has been developed for processing any kind of materials in rolls, the blade cuts through the material and core in just a few seconds. Because heavy rolls are designed to be loaded onto the cradle, avoid problems of damaged cores.

The roll slitting machine can process a wide range of materials, the main roll is placed on the cradle feed transmitting a rolling movement to the material and guaranteeing a perfect cut. We can adjust the cradle depending on the roll diameter.

Automatic blade sharpener both sides of the blade which keeps the blade always ready to cut.

Two lateral panels with a fixing device in order to adjust the length of the roll and prevents the longitudinal displacement of the material.

The cutting head glides on a thin linear rolling bearings on the frame which has pneumatic brake to set the off position by a button, practical measurement system using millimeter trip indicator.

An adjustable blade lubrication system mixed by air for the tight and hard materials.

Digital counter to see the cutting widths sizes, option to set  0 point.
